The Rollie Project offers 1 hour coaching sessions or multiple hour mentoring sessions that can be arranged almost anywhere.

  • Young people who are connected, engaged and motivated are more likely to be open to having conversations, and work on lagging skills while breaking down the barriers of the societal norms of 'toughen up and get on with it'.

    When our youth show up for themselves, embrace vulnerability and challenge, they open themselves up to the greatest opportunities for growth and development.

    This support involves recreational activities like running, sports, fishing, hiking, fitness, cooking, art, and beach walks to reduce daily stressors.The sessions are tailored with a focus on:

    1. Setting life pathway goals

    2. Building life skills

    3. Addressing barriers to education and re-engagement

    4. Overcoming barriers to community re-engagement

    5. Upskilling for employment

    6. Boosting self-improvement and confidence through discipline, consistency and showing up.


Activities that can be implemented into the services provided by The Rollie Project:

  • Move to feel good. With a mix of fun and the right amount of challenge. Movement generates positive movement within the mind., releasing all those endorphins that make us feel good. Our Movement Club offers a range of benefits, including:

    1.Building fitness

    2. Strengthening muscles

    3. Improving coordination

    4. Regulating the nervous system

    5. Boosting self-esteem and confidence

    6. Creating positive habits

    Activities in our club include gym workouts, running, strength training, endurance exercises, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), and fun gym-based movement and more.

  • Nature Conncct offers the opportunity to disconnect while connecting with nature, promoting resilience, confidence, and self-esteem. Activities include hiking, trail running, nature walks, beach outings, bush exploration, visits to national parks, and nature reserves.

  • Goats’ Kitchen - (my nickname but nothing to do with ‘greatest of all time’), emphasizes the power of food to connect people and create enjoyable moments.
    We prioritize using fresh and organic ingredients and believe that what we eat impacts both our body and mind, so let's nourish our minds with the best.

    Our activities include meal preparation, recipe development, promoting healthy habits, cooking for fun, and acquiring new skills that last a lifetime.

    The benefits of Masterchef Kitchen include:

    4. Proven relief from symptoms of anxiety and mental distress.

  • The Footy Club offers AFL player development and mentoring. With a decade of experience in both professional and semi-professional AFL. We cater to a wide range of individuals, from junior to youth development, beginners to experienced players, and even semi-professional and professional athletes.

    Our focus is on refining the core fundamentals of AFL, including:

    1.Kicking technique

    2. Balance and ball drop

    3. Game sense

    4. Forward and defensive skills

    5. Marking and hands

    6. Goal kicking

    7. Game preparation and mindset development

    We aim to build confidence in both your abilities and your game, all while enjoying the positive benefits of physical activity.

  • Breath, Mind & Body introduces proactive and practical tools for participant wellbeing & performance.

    By integrating breathwork and cold therapy, it equips participants with preventative strategies for stress management and resilience building.

    By harnessing the power of the breath we raise awareness of our internal & external states, enhancing mental clarity and focus for optimizing day to day performance.

    This proactive approach promotes overall wellbeing, offering students & sporting teams an empowering opportunity for personal development and invaluable techniques for self care and social & emotional resilience.

    Our includes practices like breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and cold water exposure. Engaging in these activities can yield a range of benefits, including:

  • The Art Project embraces the idea that art has no boundaries and that there are no right or wrong approaches; it's all subjective and encourages creativity in a messy, expressive way. Our services include canvas painting, paint pouring, splatter art, clay, and pottery.
