The Studio

The Studio is a well-being hub for young people, focused on social, emotional, and mental well-being. Stretch, relax, breathe, work on goals, connect, or simply play a few games, cook some food or chill out.

The Gym

The Gym benefits young people by enhancing physical, social, and emotional well-being. Focus on strength, cardio, and overall fitness through movement or utilise our Cold Water Therapy. Using the power of breath and the cold to teach our young people coping and stress management techniques to assit with self-regulation. Build confidence, and connect with others in a positive environment.

The Green Space

The Green Space offers our young people an opportunity to disconnect while enjoying the benefits of nature. Fostering emotional and social growth in a supportive, outdoor environment.

Let’s connect, do a work out,  have an ice bath, go for a walk in the park, hike a mountain, breathe, throw some paint at a canvas, set some goals, work through some challenges or simply cook some food.
